Video popups on a popup page?

Hello,

I am really digging this plugin and am prepared to purchase a multi-site license but I am having an issue to get started.

I have placed this plugin on a page that is already a popup. Now when I click on a video to play, it does not pop up but goes directly to a youtube link in full screen. Is there a workaround for this?
