Video Post Problem

Hey so here is my problem. I have read about and googled galore and i still cant find the answer to my problem. I have a blog section to the site. I would like to add video posts from Vimeo. My challenge is not posting but to see them from first on the blog.

At this time the only way to see the video is to click the post, then it becomes available. I have downloaded numerous thumbnail plugins and frame capture tools. I still have no luck. I have tried several ways of posting using [vimeo][/vimeo] to iframes etc. And again i cant solve this problem.

One should not have to click into a post to see my video, they should be able to scroll and paginate through my post and only watch videos they want from first glance. Not have to move into a post.

Help me wordpress hero. I am super frustrated….
