Video posts do not populate in Facebook

I source countless vids (news) from multiple sources ONLY youtube vids will appear as thumbnails and play in facebook. I have searched for plugins etc to correct this to no avail.

Can anyone instruct me as to exactly what I have to do to have all my content regardless of their source (youtube, fox, msnbc,cnn, etc etc) share over to facebook?
