Video Section on Mobile doesn’t work

I’ve searched all through here looking for an answer, but no luck. I hope this isn’t a repeat question.

I’m using the current version of the Free Shop Isle theme. Everything works great on video section on the computer. On mobile the video section is there, but it doesn’t play the video. It just has a gray screen there. Does the video section not work on mobile? Is there something I should look into to fix this issue? Hardly seems worth having the video section if it doesn’t work on mobile as well.
