Video SEO plugin: Premium plugin without premium support

  • Hi,

    I bought the Video SEO for WordPress two weeks ago and asked a support question that very day. After not getting a reply I repeated my question two times but I haven’t got any answer till this day. Not very impressive for a plugin that costs $89.00…

    Here’s what I asked:

    Is there a way to stop the automatic creation/adding of the video thumbnail to the post gallery. The video snapshot doesn’t belong in post galleries on the live site…

    Also I’m wondering if the plugin still works if I remove the video snapshot from the post gallery.

    Hoping for an answer…
