Video shortcode doesn’t work within popup?

  • Hello,

    I’m trying to create a popup with an embedded video (in particular, an .mp4), but I can’t seem to get it to work.

    This is not a youtube/vimeo/etc. embed, but rather a video that I’ve uploaded an am hosting on our site.

    It works on other parts of the site, but not within the popup.

    I have Ajax mode disabled.

    Please help!

    Hi, what error do you get? Do you have a link to where is failing that I can see?
