Video Slider Options

1. Yes, within the Thumbnail settings:

   you can find Desktop, Tablet and Mobile width and height values.
2. By default the thumbnails are as wide as the slider is:

   because of the “Size – 100%” value:
   https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1857-thumbnails
   Like this, you will have as many thumbnails, as many can fit into this area, based on your 1st point’s thumbnail sizes, and the “Thumbnail – Style” margin created space between them.
3. I’m sorry, but we don’t have an option like this. You can display the title and description of your slides:
   https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1724-slide#content
   as you see for example here:
   https://smartslider3.com/post-slider-thumbnails/
   so if you name the slides with time numbers, those could be displayed. Just on your example you have a text under the thumbnails too, and in our case you have to decide, that you want to have a text on the thumbnails, or under them, as you cannot have both.
4. At “Thumbnail – Style”:
   https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1857-thumbnails
   you can change the style of the normal (and active) thumbnails:
   https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1778-slider-settings-controls#state
   You could change the opacity value to 100% for both, to not have them darkened.

Thank you for your prompt response. The duration is an important issue for the audience. In today’s new context where videos are being used as an effective method of communication, it’s good for the users to be able know the video length. People tend to watch video content according to the time they have. Many video sliders are including this option. Your slider is one of the most used, but it can fall behind other competitors. For example, competitors are catering to Youtube and Vimeo playlist and offer options that configure the thumbnail and slides according to Youtube’s parameters. They are able to get Thumbnail, Title and description from Youtube.

I just thought to make you aware what others are doing.
