Video stopped playing on mobile devices

    Hi,
    I’ve been using this plugin for a while now, and have been very satisfied with it’s performance up until now.
    Today, I’ve changed the background video on the website. The previous video link from Youtube worked like a charm on both laptop and on phones without any workarounds – I simply uploaded it and everything was perfect.

    Now I have uploaded a new Youtube-link. Everything looks fine on the laptop, but the video background doesn’t play on either android nor Iphone.

    I tried trouble-shooting the problem from the answers on this forum, but I cannot find a solution for my problem.

  • I have the same. Although you say YES on mobile videos won’t play anymore on Android/Iphone. Anyone an idea how to get the video playing on mobile as well?

    If you resize the screen on your desktop (responsive) the video will keep on playing.

    This is the solution as someone posted:

    – Enable on Mobile Devices = Ticked
    – Parallax Type = Scroll
    – Parallax Speed = 1 (because my background was not meant to have parallax)
    – Parallax Enable on Mobile Devices = Ticked
