Video stopped working

The product is a variable product and to show the video is necessary not set any variation.

I too have had my plugin stop working. I had this running for quite a long time at https://www.greenscreentalentnow.com, however a recent update of your plugin has caused this to stop working.

I see above you said that the product must not be a variable product for it to function. This is odd because my products have always been variable and have worked with your plugin until this last update.

Does that mean that it used to work with variable products but have now changed this to only work with simple products?

What can we do to make this work again? Videos are critical to this business as it’s a video service.

Hey… I found a temp workaround, though not ideal. If the variable products do not have default form values, then your video plugin shows the video. The second any selection on a form is made though, the video goes away and the thumbnail shows instead. So, I am going through my products to remove those default form values, however I’d rather not leave it that way. Please advise on how to solve. Thanks.
