video streaming plugin

I have few questions. regard videos when i want to upload as URL. i understand that if there are space in the video URL – i will not be able eventually open it toward the plug ? do you know were i can found details regard how to write a right url for a video to avoid problems with the plug of the worlpress.

I am building a video web PAY PER VIEW
and i wander what is the most simple easy way to perform this task with the most easy plugs and good plugs. as well free of charge.

from your knowelage it is better for me to search for a video plug that will make a streaming from the server were the video are into the page
like this plugs -or maybe i should search for a built up template that include all of it inside – i need a free one as well

if i can relocate a plug
1 on the menu bar inside of the page editing -next to the plug i already have of the pay per view that is showing up inside of the menu so i think it will be easy for me to built the pages.

2 i want the videos to appear inside of the page – like in you tub – in a like TV little boxs { not as URL lines }

5 this plug attach i am not sure if it is the best for me – and i couldn’t as well upload it into the WP dashboard -i dont know what part of it to upload there are many parts inside

I will be happy to get the right instructions to make it easy with no waist of time and easy to handle. for instant someone told me to use the easy video player that at the end was not easy at all. with too many instructions and a lot of process around
