Video subscription plugin

  • I want to create a site with video subscription functionality. In that site user can add new video for free but the other users have to pay to watch that video.But he can see some part of the video which will be decided by us like 30% of the video, for all the videos.When the user subscribes, the video will be save in the users library and uses can watch that video any time for fix time period either 10 days or 1 month.The side owner will take commission after subscribe by any user.

    Is there any plugin who full fill all requirements? Please suggest me. It will be really appreciated.
