Video thumbnail grabbed but Featured image not updated

Hello

I have a blog
q8fun.co
only my mobile theme use featured image
recently I got problem when I add a video link to youtube the video thumbnail in the backend is updated when I publish the post but the feature image is not
I have to edit the post after that and reset the video thumbnail for this to work

I have checked the debugging
Test video providers => passed
Test Markup => passed
Test saving to media lib. => passed
