Video Thumbnail Reset Conflict?

Hi, i have open a topic on Video Thumbnail plugin because i think it could be problem in Video Thumbnail plugin, but then again it could be Custom Upload Dir plugin problem. I m not expert and i dont know which plugin is not working properly.
Problem:
When i upload files in media i do get images uplaoded into /%year%/%monthnum%/%day% but when i use Video Thumbnail reset feature images get uploaded in default folder: /%year%/%monthnum%/Help, how to fix this?
