Video thumbnails and video streaming not wworking

I have 1.5 and it is doing the same thing, one of the previous posts appears fine but a new one I just added shows grey boxes and all videos show errors.

I have same problem, when the video pop up gets open, the video should automatically play. I want to play the video automatically after clicking the thumbnail.

Please advice me regarding this.
