video to be stick on the front page

hello

i need help regarding this , as wordpress is blog site , i want to appear it as website, i want to put my autoresponder and video on frontpage but in wordpress it will appear as post and i also need to do blogging , so when i need my autoresponder and video to stick to the front page and not as post, currently i put autoresponder and video as post but when new post is posted it shows that it was a post b4. i want separate static area for auto responder and video, can any one help me out.
