video upload issues?

I am trying to up load video to my web site, but I am not sure how to do it.

I just installed Wishlist Member software.

However, I have never tried to upload video before.

I already realized that I cannot use the flash uploader as the file is to big for the flash, so I used the other “browser uploader”, but it just seems to sit the after I try and up load the file. So I am not sure it is doing anything. I waited an hour last night after trying to upload the file (it was 64 megs). Nothing ever appeared to happen.

Any help would be appreciated.
