• Hello,

I’ve been updating my site using a development site running GB 7.7.1. To test my theme against all the blocks I might ever use I created a post and page with different blocks. They didn’t all do what I was expecting, so I looked at the code generated.

Images are added in the form
    <div class="wp-block-image><figure class="alignright...

Video is added in the form
    <figure class="wp-block-video alignright...

Galleries and tables are added using a similar code layout to video; verse uses pre tags.

I just wanted to check that this how it’s supposed to be before I start writing CSS to try and make videos (for example) display the same way as images, and that we’re not suddenly going to move to a standard <div class=”wp-block-{name}”> format. Which, admittedly, would work better for me on the CSS front at the moment ??

    Thanks,
    Gary
