Video via link or upload

Poster image is pulled automatically when you enter video URL. Did you put a correct video URL? If you’re uploading or entering an .mp4 link, then it should show a Upload button next to Poster.

Hey, thanks for getting back so soon. For either link or upload there is no field and neither were populated. I’m pretty sure that I used the proper video url because the video worked when I clicked on it after it was loaded via shortcode on the page, I just got the default “frames” poster image.

No, no upload button. Got them for the videos: MP4. WebM and OGG but not for Poster.
