    As said in the report, you are using H.265 (HEVC) format. This format is only supported on newer versions of iOS (iOS 11+ and OS X 10.13+). So, it won’t play in any other desktop browser, and on most Android devices. If trying to play the video on a newer apple devices, it works fine.

    We recommend to provide the video also in WebM format where you can use the VP9 codec which is just as good.
