Video & Voice Chat Not Working/Creating dialogs on other pages

    I’m sorry for all the questions. To be honest I’ve been bouncing between various chat plugins to find the perfect one for my site and no matter how well the others work or what features or how attractive they are I always end up coming back to Imbachat. So, kudos.

    I have a couple of problems, I’m confident that you can resolve them somehow:

    1. Video and voice call functions aren’t working. When a user initiates voice or video call, a dialog opens on receiving end that says ‘x would like to initiate video call” (something like that) with the option to choose voice, video, or reject. When accepting, a black box appears and then disappears. No video or sound at all. The box used to appear and stay, with no video or sound, but now it disappears. It appears that a call is active, but there is no sound or video and the box is gone completely.

    2. The plugin is creating dialog on my forum page (wpforo) when submitting a comment or topic that says “changes may not be saved, do you wish to leave this page?” At first I thought it was the WPForo plugin itself but it is in fact coming from Imbachat. Not a huge deal, just a bit confusing. I can live without a fix for it if the video and voice function can work.

    3. I did attempt to sign up for a paid plan to see if perhaps that would make the video/voice chat functions work, but it sent me through a loop, never collected payment or upgraded my account or anything. At this rate I’m comfortable paying $19/mo for Imbachat if the video and voice calling functions work properly, but these two functions are very important to my members. iFly chat has been a closer runner-up but their customer support is not good and there are some other minor things that they don’t offer/can’t fix (or don’t want to fix because you’ve done it with no problem).

    You’ve been so kind in helping me sort out all of my issues in the past. If we can get the video and voice functions working I’ll be here to stay. After taking a survey of my members it seems these are necessary functions for my needs and that’s the only reason I haven’t made the commitment.

    Thank you so much for your help. I appreciate what you do so much–you make it seem like such a simple thing, but you have no idea what I’ve been through trying to find what you offer.

    We are glad to hear from you with such a positive attitude and your confidence in ImbaChat. That’s important to us.

    1. Voice and video chat.
    Unfortunately, these functions don’t work at all now.
    But that’s the next step of ImbaChat development. We are going to finish it at 1-month approximately. It will be a video and voice chat with the number of participants from 2 to 6. We will increase that number in the future.

    Recently, we have been improved the billing system on the site, so you had a problem with the upgrade.

    So, if it’s acceptable for you to wait, we would be glad to offer it.

    2. Thank you for informing us about the “creating dialog” problem that you have described. It’s an error and we will fix it ASAP.

    ImbaChat is constantly improving service. We are becoming better and better every day thanks to feedbacks.

    Hello, about issue “2.     You guys are amazing and continue to impress me. Thank you so much! Yes, I’m still in the process of launching and one month is right on the mark for when I expect to be fully ready. I can’t wait to see it in action!
