Video will not play and leaves large white empty space on mobile

  • Hello, I am currently working with the pro version of the video background plugin, and I deactivated and reactivated the plugin. It works fine on desktop with no issues but when it loads on mobile there is no video and it just leaves a large empty white space. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!
