Video won’t start at given time stamp

I tried to embed a video starting from a certain time stamp, for example 7:45 https://youtu.be/UwIgUeiheFY?t=465. Embedded with your plugin it starts every time from 00:00. Also the plugin overrides aggressively any other lightboxes, any option to turn it off?
