videopress blogs not transferring from wp.com to wp.org

I’m in the process of transferring my blog from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com.
245 files exported/imported perfectly, but at the date in which I upgraded to videopress (5/25/2009), no files beyond that date have transferred.
It appears all of the files transfer, and at the bottom of the import page it says, “Have fun!”, yet the files are not present.
Should I remove videopress links from my blogs prior to transfer?
