Videopress not working with All in One Gallery – error code

    Hi,

    As of Monday the Videopress hosted videos aren’t working in the plugin that categories the videos. I am getting this error code ‘The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported’. It was working and for some reason has stopped.

    I really need help.

    The page you shared is protected, so we can’t play the video and see what’s going on. HOw many videos are being affected by this issue? Are they all the VideoPress content or just some of them? If so, can you find a pattern among these videos?

    If you confirm that the videos were previously working and then they stopped, I suspect the issue isn’t about their file format – in that case, the videos would not work from the beginning.

    I’d then focus on the first part of the error: “The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed”. Hav you tried playing the video by using a different internet connection? Did you get in touch with your hosting provider to check that there’s nothing off happening at their end, that’s preventing the videos from displaying as expected?
