VideoPress upload Infinite loading error part 2; HELP?

I’ve just submitted my THIRD request in three weeks for support on this issue, and hopefully I’ll finally get some attention!
Just like the original thread, the uploading of the first videos worked, allowed me to upload 12 videos, then it quit working. Now, every time, it loads the video, to 100%, then it says “completing”, and there is stays. One attempt I left it to run for an hour. It worked before, why not now?
(Obviously there’s no page to share because this is on the Dashboard)
On this THIRD message, I left an administrator login so that it can be proved what I’m saying!

I’m one of the PAYING customers but it feels like either No one is listening, or no one knows what to do. So far, I received an email telling me a plugin “Failed” to update, only the update appeared a day before the email was written.

I apologize for dumping this on the community, but it feels like I’m spinning my wheels for nothing…
