VideoPress videos error on mobile.

    Hi, I’ve just made the switch to VideoPress and now my thumbnail images are generated automatically. Videos are currently experiencing errors on mobile, but PC browsers are able to display them properly.

    Some videos show but most don’t.

    There has been an error on the thumbnail image displayed.

    Using Elementor. Any ideas?

    It seems it’s only affecting older smartphones/tablets.?

    The issue has been resolved by me.

    The maximum number of videos/images you can display at once is 8.

    Errors will occur on older phones if you proceed with more.

    Could you please specify which version of iOS is being used on the older phones where you’re encountering this issue? It would also be helpful to know the browser version, as that might provide additional insights.
