Videos 500 error

Well i have a direction with videos and pdf,the shorcode [fileaway type=”table” search=”yes” filenamelabel=”Title” directories=”on” width=100″ perpx=%” datelabel=”Updated” bulkdownload=”on” ] is working for pdf’s but not for videos.Can you help me to solve this?Thank you.
