    hey,i m hosting all my course videos on videopress..but in courses no videos are getting played just a blank screen..even intro videos are not playing..video format is mp4..what to do??

    actually..the problem is with videopress..if u copy from videopress dashboard it doesn’t work..but if u copy from wordpress media dashboard..it works….

    It is working. You just use as a shortcode. Inside our Lesson editor have shortcode block. you can use that.

    Though it is there in the editor block..but shortcode option is not there in media editor(it has only external url,embedded,html,youtube and vimeo)

    even if u paste shortcode on lesson editor the mobile view becomes tooo bad..u cant even view the media option properly without adjusting the width or height..u need to include the shortcode option in media part as well..

    Pls do that…if possible

    In Block Editor have shortcode block. you can use that. That’s why we didn’t add extra option for shortcode. VideoPress shortcode have width and height option. you can use that. if you face any other issue. please let us. We will help you. You can also come to our support center from here

    ok.. i ll try making it mobile compatible width nd height..
