Videos are not playing….

Where are the video/audio recordings stored?

And why don’t they play?

Here is what happened… We were able to record the videos and audio then they uploaded into the conversations…However, you cannot play them. They don’t seem to have any minutes to them… when you hover to play you get a gray version of this ?? icon. This happened in both chrome and modzilla firefox. I checked in the media files and did not see anything stored there as well. Can help with this?
