    Probably a JS conflict issue that comes from your theme’s shortcodes.js file. Kindly contact your theme author and report the following issue,

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'innerText' of null
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (shortcodes.js?ver=4.2:5775)
    at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)

    Fixing this issue should automatically make our plugin work. Please let me know if still the issue remains.
