Videos Broke

I am embedding MP4 videos to pages using WordPress’ [video] shortcode. I cannot skip ahead on these videos though. When I click farther down the play bar it just restarts the video. I have the same setup on another site with NO problems. When I remove the htaccess code needed for AAM the video works just fine! Since the AAM plugin is not working correct on my site I can’t make it live, so I can’t share the URL. I can send it if someone contacts me through email though.
