Videos don’t appear in in pro version

    Hi,

    The grid worked perfectly in the free version, but after I bought and installed the Pro version, the video’s no longer appear. Everything else seems to be working as normal (creating grids, adding videos), but blank spaces appear both in the Grid Preview and on the web pages.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
