Videos don't appear on Ipad

Videos are appearing fine on pc and labtops but do not appear on my blog on IPad. A loading circle comes and goes but then it’s just blank space. I’ve tried ‘mobile setting’ on and off, I’ve not found anything in forums and I could use some help. please and thank you.
