Videos from various sources dont appear in facebook posts

I have a plugin for facebook but what else can I do for other WP posts that have non youtube sourced videos? I go to multiple sources from major news agencies to smaller video sites like Vimeo, LiveLeak, MRCTV etc etc. Only a text link will appear for these on my facebook wall after I post a video etc to my WP blog for my website.

I am not tech expert here so pls keep technical jargon to a minimum. Also if a remedy requires I have make a purchase of some sort its not an option right now, no budget available.
