Videos I’m uploading to web stories won’t play

    I’ve uploaded videos to my stories in my web stories plugin and can add them to each web stories page and optimize them without an issue. However, when I preview them/look at them on the front end I get a ‘video won’t play’ error message. I’ve uploaded them as MP4 files since I can’t upload MOV files. They’re 15 seconds or less.

    Please can someone let me know what I’m doing wrong and how to fix this issue. It’s my first time trying to add video to web stories.

    Re the video, I have no idea why it’s returning that error. It was dragged into the the web stories left side bar to upload and is still visible there.

    WPengine managed to fix the issue so that they’re now working. Thanks for your assistance.
