Videos is not playing on Firefox and safari browser

    I have use this plugin in my website. Videos is showing good on chrome but videos is not showing on the firefox and safari browser ? What can I do to solve this problem?

    Can you please provide me personal contact email or anything that can I will send you detail of website and I have also contact with support they can say our support services will not be available today (24.03.2017) due to the “Annual Awards” function in our organisation
