Videos Muted on Phone

    Hello, all of the videos that I have used with this add-on are automatically muted and I can not unmute them when visiting the site on a cell phone. I have tried this with 3 different cell phones and the problem is there with them all. My phone is an andriod, another was a Galaxy, and I am not sure about the third. This is a problem considering most people use their cell phone to view sites. Please help.

    Hi,

    We checked just now and found that the videos can be unmuted when pressing on the volume icon. Do you mean that or you want the videos to be unmuted globally?

    Hi Suzie, I do not think you fully read the message. When viewed on a “cell phone” the videos are muted and can not be unmuted. I have tried this on many different cell phones and it can not be unmmuted on any of them. I do not know if this is all cell phones or certian types, but this is a major problem considering how much traffic happens on cell phones.

    Also, can the videos be set to not be muted by default? Thank you.
