Videos no longer play on site

Hello,

We’ve been using this plugin without trouble for the last few weeks to keep a video library on our website. Just this week we noticed that videos are no longer playing, but cannot figure out where the error came from. As far as we know nothing has changed.

Video details pages will load, but the video itself will not load or play. I tried to follow some additional fixes on this forum and changed some settings in the plugin settings, but nothing has worked.
