Videos not playing

    I’ve embedded my channel on a page and it display. However, when I click on a video it only opens a lightbox placeholder image, the video does not play.
    Why is this happening?
    How do I fix?

    Could you reach out to us via our support form here: https://smashballoon.com/youtube-feed/support/ and include the “System Info” from your the Support tab of the plugin settings? We’ll be better able to resolve the issue with that information.

    It’s possible that this is due to a conflict with another plugin, but we’ll be able to help you get it resolved more quickly with a support ticket.

    I have almost the same issue. I purchase smash balloon youtube feed. I successfully displayed my youtube channel in list mode but I can’t play the video when i click the play button.
