Videos Not Playing

Hi

This may be my lack of understanding how everything works but I can’t get videos to work on our gallery. I believe that you should be able to have a mix of photos & videos in a gallery? But i’ve created just a gallery with videos to test this and still have the same issue. I’ve used the ‘Embed media’ option and added a vimeo link. The videos dont play on any browser including mobile

I have the same issue in my blog posts where i have been trying to embed videos but I managed to find that if I use the ‘Blog’ layout for that then these do work. None of the other layouts work though so am having to create 2 galleries – one for photos & one for videos.

Can you please let me know if there is a setting that I am missing or look into this please?
