Videos not popping out and go to bottom of page

    WP Video Lightbox was working fine up to a few weeks ago, and suddenly it started acting weird. The images that I was using as anchors became huge (before they were somehow automatically resized to fit in the height and width provided) and the videos stopped popping out and instead went to the bottom left edge of the page.

    I’ve had to edit every image and resize them to fit within the dimensions provided for lightbox. To fix the sudden oversized issue and get rid of the new scroll bars.

    I have deactivated and reactivated all my plugins and nothing seems to make it work like before.

    Is there something I can do to fix that ?

    The first image used to be contained within its box, it used to fit (like the images under), now it’s huge and has scroll bars.
    Clicking on the images doesn’t work anymore either, no video pops out, no lightbox, now somehow they open at the bottom left of the page.

    I clicked on your linked and it took a very long time to load. I then refreshed the page again and it loaded much faster. Do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? Do you use also implement CDN?

    I’m in Costa Rica, so it’s not always the fastest internet, but in general it’s ok.
    I have W3 Total Cache installed and I cleared the cache recently.
    I don’t know what CDN is

    You might want to try the following disable all your other plugins and carry out a test. If this plugin works again then you know you have a conflict with one of your other plugins.

    CDN = Content Delivery Network.

    I disabled every plugin and brought them back one by one, and you’re right, the conflict is with W3 Total Cache. Now it’s disabled and WP Video Lightbox works fine, like before. Thank you.

    Do you recommend another cache plugin, something that doesn’t conflict with Video Lightbox ?

    You might like to try WP Fastest Cache or Hyper Cache.
