Videos not working on iphone and ipad

Cool video gallery is owesome plugin. I have implemented it in various websites. In one of my website, there is a issue of playing video in pop up in samsung gallexy phones specially.
To avoid this issue I have decided to play video in pop up for desktops and embeded video for mobiles. But when i have uploaded a video and play it without pop up it is not showing in iphone.
Please suggest a solution and please let me know how can I detect that the current device is a mobile or desktop if it is possible in cool video gallery.
Please reply ASAP.
