Videos won’t Auto-run

  • This is my first post on this site. I posted here because I didn’t see anything more appropriate. I’ve reviewed other posts regarding auto-start videos and most were two years old or didn’t seen appropriate. My video was running great till just a few days ago. Now it requires a user start. The video is muted and stored locally in the media library. Any idea what could be wrong.

    If this is posted in the wrong forum, pleas advise.

  • I am able to get your videos to auto-run on multiple browsers. I noticed there was an instance where I opened the page in a second browser and the video failed to auto-play. When I closed the first browser and reloaded the page in the second browser, so if you’re experiencing this issue still make sure you only have one instance open.
