  • how can i achieve the effect visible on the preview of the basic theme?
    i.e. I would like the photos to slide out from under the text and each time there would be a different photo.

    Thanks for reply. Ive read very carefully and still dont know where exactly add photos to have option like in preview.

    If I use image its just small photo on my webstite, not fullscreen like in example

    The images you are seeing on the home page are featured images of your pages of choice.

    Go to Appearance > Customiser > Home Page Settings and pick the option to make your homepage A static page.

    Once that is done you should be able to see a section called Theme Options in Appearance > Customiser . There you will be able to pick the pages you want to feature on your homepage. Remember to set a featured image for each page you pick.
