View all address in send list

I have a pickleball group to whom I send scheduling emails. I wish these users to see the emails of the others in case they too need to send an email to the group, for instance to seek a replacement for themselves. In order to do that they need to be able to do a “reply all”.
Is it possible to add that as an option, maybe just a tick box?
