  • Hi KC Dude,

Sorry you ran into issues here! Let’s get a bit more information to start with:
    – Version of AWPCP?
    – Version of WP?
    – Have you tried a conflict test yet? Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: https://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how-to-test-for-plugintheme-conflicts/

Report back with that and we’ll take it from there!

    Thanks for the response.

    – WordPress 4.1.1
    – AWPCP Version 3.3.3

I have not tried the conflict test yet but will try that and let you know.

Ok, what I found out is that the VIEW CATEGORIES only loads up when the user is an ADMINISTRATOR. I tested this many times assigning the ADMINISTRATOR role to a user and switching it back to SUBSCRIBER and every time the user is assigned an Administrator role, the page loads up. Switching it back to the SUBSCRIBER brings up the issue (page does not show anything).

    Hi KC Dude,

That’s very strange. Did you try the conflict test as well? I’m wondering if another plugin is restricting access to that page. We don’t add restriction behavior like that in AWPCP for that page (we do on other pages).

Can you please try that and report back?
