view counts and hit counts doesn’t work

  • Icegram Free version does not provide analytics which include hit counts and view counts. Please upgrade the plugin in order to use the feature.

    They appear in the plugin but just no figures show up. I think it is a bugs. Where does it mention that this is upgrade feature?

    Please check this article. It is mentioned that analytics works on the premuium version of plugin.
