“View details” button reloads page

    hi there-

    im currently working on a website where we have the calendar near the bottom of the page. When “view details” is clicked the page reloads all the way to the top, making the user then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see event details and information. Is there any way to change this?

    I’m having the same problem

    When you click View Details on any event, it just reloads the page as a single event. I’ve checked all the pages in setting and they all exist and all have the shortcode specified. I’m not sure what else to try. The above looks like they had a similar problem? But no visible resolution?

    We understand the importance of this issue. Please try the following steps:

    • Disable Other Plugins: Temporarily deactivate all plugins except EventPrime to check for conflicts.
    • Update Permalinks: Go to Settings -> Permalinks, set to Post Name, and save changes.
    • SEO Settings: In EventPrime -> Settings -> General Tab, toggle the SEO option and save.
