View Details not Displaying after https

    Since version 4.7.3 (when I flipped to https) the display to view details for plugins comes up blank. This is using Add lugins as well as vew all plugins.

    Once a plugin is updated, a blank scrren is returned instad of the plugin update area.

    The blank screen is not WOD, but rather the appearance of the expected screen but blank. It is easily dismissed when you try a new command.
