    Hi Diane,

There are essentially two possible answers here. One quick and the other more involved:

    1. If you’d like to see what the emails may look like you can navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and make sure you then select the “Email Option” sub tab in the navigation (text links below the tabs)You will see a section once loaded that says “Email template” and then in the description a line with a link that says: “Click here to preview your email template” – Vuala!

    2. If you are wanting to see all emails as the customer may see them (and are using PayPal for example as your payment gateway of choice) navigate WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout and once loaded in the sub tab/links choose PayPal – you could then select the tick box “Enable PayPal sandbox” – this essentially allows you to follow the checkout proccess as a customer for testing purposes and you will get the emails your custome would get, as well as you as an admin.

    Hope this helps?
